ShopDrop is a 2015, D&AD pencil award-winning project for John Lewis. The concept is a revolutionary and eco-friendly
delivery experience which bridges the gap between physical and online shopping.
The service aims to eliminate unnecessary packaging by storing online orders in padded lockers during transit, eradicating
the need for typical packaging methods. The service also provides customers with the flexibility to change the delivery address
to their ‘current location’ using geolocation services, signalling the end of the ‘failed delivery’ note.
